  9. The Windows plug-in has been developed to work with most browsers.
  10. However, as with anything that is attempting to be compatible across
  11. multiple applications, some problems are not correctable from within the
  12. plug-in.
  13.  
  14. The following is a summary of known problems and the browser it is
  15. associated with:

  18. Netscape 3.0, 3.1
  19.  
  20. * If you click on Stop prior to completing a download on a QTVR movie and 
  21. then attempt to play the movie the browser application will lock up.  The system 
  22. does not lock up.
  23.  
  24. * If the webmaster has created a link from a QuickTime VR hotspot to a
  25. JPEG or GIF89 image, Navigator will crash when you click on that
  26. hotspot.
  27.  
  28. * When playing multiple movies in a table. If the browser window is smaller 
  29. than the  table with movies. Upon maximizing the window some movies will 
  30. display parts of other movies. If this happens click on the corrupt movie 
  31. and it will correct itself.

  36. * Moving the mouse while a QuickTime movie is playing can cause audio
  37. and video to stutter and temporarily halt.  This occurs only on the
  38. 32-bit versions.

  41. Internet Explorer 3.0 for Windows 95/NT

  43. * If you have three browser windows open, with the same movie displayed
  44. in each, the browser crashes. The problem happens more readily when
  45. frames are used.

  50. * Changing the bit depth in the settings windows after loading a QT or
  51. QTVR movie into the browser causes the browser to crash with a page
  52. fault.
